Online Tournament - Nothing Happens when tournament begins

My son Registered. He wanted to join a tournament with his team. He logged into the tournament before it started. He tried to the Green Button to start the tournament. Nothing Happened. We tried downloading a new version of Java. He tried logging in and logging out, and now he is locked out from joining. This is very frustrating. Is there any help line to call to figure out what is the problem?

Hi.
I think you might've been doing the wrong tournament. I remember seeing you doing a pickup round after the official tournament ended.
I think that might be the problem.
Are you clicking the button on the home page? Or on the pickup rounds? And are you doing it at the right time?
